About the Event
The Body Collective Mat Module 1 Teacher Training. In this training you will learn traditional Mat Module 1 exercises as well as contemporary Pilates, pre and post natal, anatomy, injury prevention and hands on corrections. You will receive a manual as well as get 10 classes at the studio! After this training you will have the confidence to start your career as a Pilates Instructor. There are also teaching opportunities as well!!!
Schedule is as follows:
Friday January 3rd 3-8pm
Saturday January 4th 12:30-7:30
Sunday January 5th 12-6
Upon completion of your weekend training and 10 classes you will receive your certification!
