This class is only $10 and is lead by one of our amazing teacher trainees that just finished our teacher training program.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy, if cancel after the 12 hours there will be a $15 charge for late cancel or no show. If you arrive 10 minutes after the start of class you will be considered a no show. Socks are required for all classes but yoga, if you don't want to wear socks for yoga a mat towel is required. We sell socks if you forget yours. We have mats provided for you already so no need to bring yours!
