Service Description
Join us at The Body Collective for our Arms, Abs, and Booty class designed to tone and strengthen your body. You will do 15 minutes of arms, 15 minutes of abs and 15 minutes of glutes! Our experienced instructors will guide you through a challenging yet fun workout that targets the three most important areas of your body. We pull out all of the equipment for this class! From push-ups to booty bands and ab burners, this class will give you all the workout you need to achieve your fitness goals in 45 minutes!

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy, if cancel after the 12 hours there will be a $15 charge for late cancel or no show. If you arrive 10 minutes after the start of class you will be considered a no show. Socks are required for all classes but yoga, if you don't want to wear socks for yoga a mat towel is required. We sell socks if you forget yours. We have mats provided for you already so no need to bring yours!
